Block and Render

If you have planning and building regulations drawings we can provide you with an estimate or a quotation. We can build to a shell only finish, or we can supply all the trades and finish the project through to the plastering if required.

We actively encourage you to view our previous projects to see the quality of our work for yourselves. Please contact us if you wish to discuss your project further.

Jonathan provided us with all the info we needed and costing for extension in writing and spent time discussing options, we didn’t feel pressured at anytime. The job went smoothly, one happy family. Thank you.

I first used JC Builders about 5 years ago and since then have had him do many jobs. Fencing, paving, a new brick garage. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Top bloke.

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand finding a reliable reputable builder can be a stressful experience, below are a few quesions to help you make the right choice.

Do you provide architect's drawings?
We do require plans for larger projects/extensions, but we do not provide them. If your project requires drawings/plans we can recommend an experienced local architect.

Do you apply for planning permission?
We do not apply for planning permission on your behalf, but we are able to recommend an experienced architect who can advise you on this process.

Do I need a party wall agreement if I have a semi-detached house?
According To The Law, if your property adjoins your neighbour’s, you will require party wall agreement.
However, in our experience if you inform them you are planning to do works and get their permission this is all that is required.
We recommend you do this one month before the start of your project in case you do need to get a party wall agreement.

How do you handle construction rubbish?
Removal of leftover waste materials can be dealt with a skip, grabber wagon or a waste removal company.
We ensure all waste is disposed of responsibly and adhere to all environmental policies guiding the construction industry.

How much will it cost?
Every project is different. After an initial meeting where we discuss what is required and do a survey we can discuss the cost or provide a quote for the work required.
